What should I prepare?

A description of your project, your audience, existing content and your preferred date. The exact material to supply is listed in each service.

Is printing included?

The offers cover graphic design and files. Printing, fabrication and installation are arranged separately with the provider you choose.

Can we work remotely?

Yes. The brief, proposals and approvals can be handled through written exchanges in French or English. For physical material, you supply the dimensions and production requirements.

Signature & visual cues

A name alone does not give your project a presence. I develop a coherent set of marks, colours and rules that give it a recognisable face, from first impressions to the smallest detail.

A label with character

A label needs to catch the eye while organising information. I create graphic artwork for one product and its surface, with particular attention to readability and production constraints.

A poster that stands out

An event, an opening or an idea to share: I give the message a strong composition that works at a distance. The poster becomes the starting point for a small family of consistent assets.

Window presence

A window can say a great deal with very few elements. I design glass graphics that connect your identity to the space, balancing visual marks, transparency and essential information.

The photographs were created using artificial intelligence to illustrate the services. They do not represent completed commissions, actual premises or real clients. Instrument Serif and Urbanist are used under the SIL Open Font License. Client-supplied materials remain subject to their own rights.

Complaints

Send any complaint in writing to martyynastukan@inbox.eu or to the business address. The details of the appointed consumer mediator have not yet been entered. They must be supplied before a consumer contract is concluded.

Controller & purpose

Martyna Klementyna Stukan, EI, at the address in the legal notice, handles your enquiries. Contact for your rights: martyynastukan@inbox.eu. The form is used to reply to your project enquiry and prepare a possible proposal.

Data & legal basis

Name, email and message are necessary to reply; organisation, service and budget are optional. An enquiry cannot be handled without the necessary fields. Processing relies on the pre-contractual steps you request; technical site security relies on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. No marketing subscription. Do not send sensitive information or identity documents.

Access & retention

Information is intended for the entrepreneur and the technical providers needed for email and hosting. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange. When a contract is concluded, useful data is kept for the relationship and as needed for legal obligations or the defence of rights. Accounting records follow statutory retention periods.

Providers & transfers

The form is intended for Netlify Forms after owner activation. Hosting may involve processing outside the EEA, including the United States. Netlify’s stated contractual safeguards and transfer mechanisms must be checked against the configuration actually used. Email correspondence is also subject to processing by your email provider. Netlify Privacy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where the conditions apply, portability or objection. Write to the address above. Proof of identity is requested only where there is reasonable doubt. You may complain to the CNIL.

Browsing without advertising

No analytics tool, advertising pixel, embedded video or external font is added. Images, fonts and scripts are served locally from the website.

Session storage

The sessionStorage key “ms:seen” only records that the brief logo animation has been displayed in this tab. It contains no personal identifier and expires with the tab session. Blocking it does not prevent reading the site or contacting the entrepreneur.

Browser controls

You can clear site data in your browser settings. The host may process technical logs for operation and security. Any future non-essential tracking integration must include appropriate information and choices before it is enabled.

An enquiry, then an agreement

This website presents graphic design services. The form is neither an order nor a payment. Each assignment starts with a written proposal defining deliverables, exclusions, timing, usage rights and payment terms. Work does not begin without agreement.

Price & payment

“From” is a starting price in euros for the described scope, including applicable taxes. The total is fixed before commitment. Third-party costs, licences, printing and installation are excluded unless the proposal states otherwise. Payment is by bank transfer according to the proposal; any advance payment is specified before acceptance. No automatic early-payment discount. Applicable late-payment rules are stated in the contract according to the client’s status.

Content, feedback & delivery

The client supplies final, authorised content and the relevant dimensions and technical specifications. Timing is indicative and begins when the necessary material is received. The presented offers include two feedback rounds. A new direction or wider scope requires an accepted additional proposal. Files are delivered digitally in the agreed formats.

Rights & production

Usage rights or assignment are defined in writing by purpose, medium, territory and duration. Third-party rights are not assigned by the entrepreneur. Unselected proposals may not be used without agreement. Product regulatory text and venue permissions remain the client’s responsibility; graphic design is not legal or technical approval. The client approves the final proof before production.

Disputes & mandatory rights

An amicable solution is sought through written correspondence. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules remain applicable. The details of the appointed consumer mediator have not yet been entered. They must be supplied before a consumer contract is concluded.

Withdrawal & cancellation

Distance contracts

For a service agreed at a distance with a consumer, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract. This enquiry alone creates no order. Any applicable rights of certain small businesses under off-premises contracts remain reserved.

Starting early

Starting before the period expires requires your express request. If you withdraw after such a start, an amount proportionate to services already supplied may be payable under the applicable rules. Loss of the right after full performance requires the legal conditions, including prior agreement and acknowledgement of that loss; it is not automatic merely because the work is customised.

How to notify

Send a clear statement to martyynastukan@inbox.eu or by post to Martyna Klementyna Stukan, EI, 12 rue Breteuil, 13001 Marseille. Template: “I notify you that I withdraw from the contract for [service], concluded on [date]. Name, address, proposal reference, date.” A signature is necessary only for a paper notice.

Refunds & contractual cancellation

Amounts due following a valid withdrawal are refunded within the statutory 14 days after notification, subject to legally applicable deductions. Outside that right, suspension or cancellation follows the accepted proposal, including completed work and authorised expenses. This website imposes no additional fixed cancellation fee.
